8) Otkrytie Arena or Spartak Stadium ($420 million)

This multi-purpose stadium is located in Moscow, Russia. It is used mostly for football matches. The stadium is designed to seat 45,360 spectators. It was opened on 5 September 2014. It will be one of the four stadiums used for the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup. The arena cost RUB 14 billion ($420 million).

The Kazan Arena is located in Kazan, Russia. It will host the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and 2018 FIFA World Cup. It has hosted the 2013 Summer Universiade football competition. The seating capacity of this stadium is 45,105. The construction cost RUB 15.5 billion ($450 Million).
